We use your templates or ours to prepare all trust administration documents from beginning to end. We can communicate directly with your clients with empathy and grace to gather documents and information needed.

Estate Planning - Flat Rate Drafting

We use your drafting software, whether Wealth Counsel or other, and your instructions to prepare full Estate Plans (including Deeds*).

Flat Rate: $350 (includes 1 Deed)

Additional Deeds: $100 each

We prepare all judicial council forms to support a probate administration from beginning to end. We understand this process can be challenging for the proposed administrator, and can walk alongside to make the process easier.

*Deed Services

Maybe your EP process is locked in and you just need someone to handle the drafting and Deed recording.

I offer a flat rate of $175 for standalone Deeds, which includes:

  • Obtaining previously recorded Deed

  • Drafting new Deed

  • Arranging for signature/notarization if needed

  • E-recording through my Simplifile account or sending out via snail mail (the original will need to be mailed to me).
