Meet Jenna Cohen.

Thanks for wanting to learn more about me! 

I am very passionate about helping families secure their assets and avoid probate. How did I get started? I started as a receptionist for a solo Estate Plan attorney in July of 2008, and I’ve never looked back. I got my paralegal certificate in July of 2013 and I’ve been a Trusts & Estates Paralegal ever since. It was seeing attorneys charge over $3,000 for an estate plan, and hearing so many people say they can’t get their trust and will done because they can’t afford it. So, you just hope you have enough money at some point to get these documents done before you die? There has to be another way. Don’t get me wrong, supporting attorneys is my bread and butter and I am so thankful for all the attorneys I have been blessed to support in all my years. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

But what if you can’t afford an attorney? After helping a few friends and family members create estate plans, I realized I could do this for everyone. I always thought I would have to become an attorney, but with my experience as a paralegal, and with the help of my attorney-reviewers, I can draft directly for Clients!

I am excited to walk with you on this journey to protect your assets and provide for your heirs.

On a personal note:  I am a born and raised Californian…if you’re a Texan, no, I am not that kind of Californian. We are the gun-supporting, God-fearing kind who were growing more frustrated with all things California (minus the weather), and when God provided Josh with a new job in Texas, we jumped on the opportunity. Well, he jumped. The girls and I were harder to convince that leaving all friends and family was a good idea. Yes, we miss our friends and family back home A LOT, but we sure are trying to make the most of our new adventure here.

My dream is to homestead small scale, make all my food from scratch, and teach my girls to do the same.
